STUNTWOOD UPDATE
July 29th, 2009
As many of you know we’ve been with out the world wide web for some days/months. So the blog updates have been few and far between. So here’s another update. First we got a new team rider. His name is Silas. He’s actually not really a team rider but rather an addition to the family. You can check the Airblaster blog for a peek of this soon to be high performance athlete. We’re super stoked to have Silas around and he’s allot of fun. Being a dad is way cool. We do have an actual new team rider as well that will be joining the team. We’ll be doing a blog in the next week to introduce you to this fine new shredder.

HEIKKI SAYS GOOD BYE TO BURTON
July 23rd, 2009
I recently received word that Heikki Sorsa the Finnish super shredder has made a sponsor chance. Personally I see his sponsor change as a great thing. Heikki has joined the Bond Outerwear family along with their hardgoods line Weekend snowboards. Their lineup up looks so sick and their brand has some very forward thinking. Keep an eye out for this hot brand.

CASH IS KING
July 1st, 2009
Was reading the other day about this. Word is Sessions has been sold to a division of Samsung Electronics. The founder of Sessions and current staff will continue to run the business day to day. I suppose the only difference will be who’s pockets get lined with cash from your hard earned money. This will of coarse give Sessions a much better resource in terms of cash in flow and we should see some pretty big things coming from them. I can imagine some people in the industry are super happy about this and I can imagine some think it’s real lame. Simply for the reason that Sessions was one of the long standing indy brands. Here in Sweden Sessions is most likely one of the most popular brands in many stores. We’ll see if this effects sales in any way. I’m guessing most likely not.
